REVISED CHANGE OF DIRECTOR’S INTEREST NOTICES

Ethan Minerals Ltd (Ethan) wishes to advise that an inadvertent error has been detected in the Appendix 3X lodged for Mr Bill O’Neill on 18 October 2010.

The Appendix 3X notice indicated that Mr O’Neill has an interest in 20,000 shares of Ethan (10,000 directly and 10,000 indirectly via Holesmore Pty Limited, a company of which Mr O’Neill is a director and shareholder. This was incorrect, as Precinct Eight Pty Limited holds 250,000 shares and 1,000,000 unlisted options on trust for Holesmore Pty Limited.

Attached is an Appendix 3X which corrects the error.
