Prospect Resources Limited (ASX: PSC) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Prospect Resources Limited (‘PSC’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PSC, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 October 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

ASX Code: PSC – Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Prospect Resources Limited (ASX:PSC) ( Company ) requests a trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement relating to a material capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt be effective immediately and remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 14 October 2020 or the release of an announcement by the Company in relation to a material capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
