EXTENSION OF RIGHTS ISSUE CLOSING DATE
Prospect Resources Limited ( Company ) refers to its 1 for 2 pro-rata nonrenounceable rights issue announced to ASX on 11 August 2015 ( Rights Issue ).
To enable shareholders additional time to lodge their applications for their respective entitlements under the Rights Issue, the Board has today resolved to extend the closing date of the Rights Issue by two weeks from 31 August 2015 to 14 September 2015 .
The revised indicative timetable for the remainder of the Rights Issue is as set out in the table below:
