TRADING HALT
The securities of Prospect Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 15 July 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt (ASX Code: PSC)
Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, Prospect Resources Limited (the “Company”) formally requests a trading halt on the company’s securities pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raising and a material acquisition.
The Company requests that the company securities be placed in a trading halt until the earlier of 10am Monday, 15 July 2013 or when the announcement is released to the market.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
