Retirement of Director at Conclusion of 2023 AGM
Prospect Resources Limited (ASX: PSC, FRA:5E8) ( Prospect or the Company ) advises that Mr Henian Chen will not be standing for re-election as a Non-Executive Director at this year’s Annual General Meeting.
Mr Chen will retire as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
Mr Chen joined the Board in November 2017 and has served the company with distinction through various challenges and changed market conditions, ultimately leading to significant value creation for all shareholders.
On Mr Chen’s retirement, Chairman Mark Wheatley said “ Mr Chen (and his alternate, Simone Sun) has been a valuable member of the board team, always supportive and providing sound advice that has assisted Prospect achieve its success including diversification of its shareholder base into the Chinese market. On behalf of the board, I thank Mr Chen for his service and wish him well in all future endeavours ”.
