Prosafe SE: Q1 2015 results and webcast/teleconference on 13 May 2015

Prosafe SE will publish its results for the first quarter of 2015 on 13 May

2015 at approx. 12:00 noon Central European Summer Time (CEST). In connection

with the release, Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, CEO and Sven Børre Larsen, CFO will

hold a webcast/teleconference the same day at 01.00 p.m. CEST.

To follow the presentation there are two options available:

1.     Webcast

Please visit www.prosafe.com and click on the "Webcast" link at the bottom of

the front page. To listen to the webcast and conference call from the web, you

need to have installed Windows Media Player and have a sound card on your

computer. It will be possible to ask questions via e-mail during the

presentation. The connection to the webcast can be tested from 8 May 2015.
