Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Prosafe SE will be

held at the company's head office at 126 Stadiou Street, 6020 Larnaca, Cyprus on

28 May 2014 at 1 p.m. Cyprus time.

the agenda, the election committee recommendations and report, notice of

attendance at the general meeting/proxy and voting instructions. The documents
