Prosafe SE: Q1 2014 results and webcast/teleconference on 28 May 2014

Prosafe SE will publish its results for the first quarter of 2014 on 28 May

2014 at approx. 12:00 noon Central European Summer Time (CEST). In connection

with the release, Karl Ronny Klungtvedt, CEO and Sven Børre Larsen, CFO will

hold a webcast/teleconference the same day at 02:00 p.m. CEST.

To follow the presentation there are two options available:

1.     Webcast

the front page. To listen to the webcast and conference call from the web, you

need to have installed Windows Media Player and have a sound card on your

computer. It will be possible to ask questions via e-mail during the
