Prosafe SE: Q2 2014 results and webcast on 21 August 2014

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the second quarter of 2014 will be

published on 21 August 2014 at approx. 8:30 a.m. CEST. Karl Ronny Klungtvedt,

Chief Executive Officer and Sven Børre Larsen, Chief Financial Officer will the

same day at 10:00 a.m. CEST give a presentation of the result at Felix

Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at

http://www.prosafe.com . It will also be possible to ask questions via e-mail

during the presentation. The connection to the web streaming can be tested from
