Q4 2009 results and webcast on 18 February 2010

Prosafe SE informs that the results for the fourth quarter of 2009 and the

preliminary results for the year 2009 will be published on 18 February 2010 at

approx. 8:30 a.m. CET.Arne Austreid, President & CEO and Karl Ronny Klungtvedt,

EVP Strategy & Corporate Planning will the same day at 10:00 a.m. CET give a

presentation of the result at the Hotel Continental, Stortingsgt. 24/26 in Oslo.

The presentation can be followed live via web streaming at

ask questions via e-mail during the presentation. The connection to the web
