As a result of an acquisition of 50,212 shares of Prosafe SE (ticker: PRS) for a net trade price of NOK 180.2650 on October 28, 2022, The Mangrove Partners Master Fund, Ltd. held the following position in PRS, as at close of business October 28, 2022:
