LF Investment ApS has on 7 December 2021 contributed 6,307,666 shares in Prosafe SE (the "Company") corresponding to 7.2% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Company to J. Lauritzen A/S. Lauritzen Fonden is the parent company of both LF Investment ApS and J. Lauritzen A/S, and the transfer was done in connection with an internal reorganization in Lauritzen Fonden Group.

Following the transaction, (i)LF Investment ApS owns nil shares and votes in the Issuer and (ii) J. Lauritzen A/S owns 6,307,666 shares in the Issuer, corresponding to 7.2% of the issued and outstanding shares and votes in the Company.
