North Sea Strategic Investments AS, a company managed

by HitecVision ("North Sea"), has pursuant to the

private placement of Prosafe SE, as described in a

stock exchange notice dated 5 September 2016

(the "Notice"), been allocated 1,500,000,000 new A-

shares in Prosafe SE.

As of today, North Sea is the owner of 47,940,903

shares in Prosafe SE, representing 18.47 % of the

issued shares and votes in Prosafe SE. Following

settlement of the private placement, North Sea will

own 1,547,940,903 shares (47,940,903 ordinary shares

and 1,500,000,000 A-shares), representing 25.66 % of

the issued shares and votes (pre potential dilution

effect of the subsequent repair issue, as described in

the Notice). North Sea does not hold other shares or

rights to shares in Prosafe SE other than those

described in this disclosure.
