Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from

Prosafe SE dated 9 November 2016 (the "Notice")

regarding completion of the Subsequent Offering (as

defined in the Notice).

North Sea Strategic Investments AS, a company managed

by HitecVision ("North Sea"), own 1,547,940,903 shares

in Prosafe SE, which, following completion of the

Subsequent Offering, represents 23.62% of the issued

shares and votes in Prosafe SE. North Sea has not

acquired further shares or votes in Prosafe SE other

than as set out in the stock exchange notice dated 5

September 2016. North Sea does not hold other shares

or rights to shares in Prosafe SE other than those

described in this disclosure.
