PRS: Disclosure of shareholding
Arctic Securities AS has on 19 November 2015 acquired
300.000 shares in Prosafe SE and at the same time sold
the acquired shares on a forward contract with
settlement on 7 December 2015. Following the
acquisition, Arctic Securities AS holds 11.800.000
shares in Prosafe, representing approximately 5 % of
the issued shares and votes in the company. Following
settlement of forward contracts, Arctic Securities AS
will hold zero shares or rights to shares in Prosafe
SE.
