Reference is made to today's stock exchange notice

(the "Notice") from Prosafe SE regarding its

completion of a NOK 590 million private placement.

North Sea Strategic Investments AS ("NSSI") has

subscribed for and been allocated 16,414,500 new

shares in Prosafe SE in the private placement. As a

result, NSSI's aggregate shareholding in Prosafe SE

upon registration of the private placement will be

42,490,997 shares, which implies that NSSI will have

an ownership of 16.543% in Prosafe SE after

registration of the private placement.
