Disclosure of shareholding - Prosafe SE

Pacific Investment Management Company LLC ("PIMCO"),

acting as discretionary investment manager to

underlying funds and managed accounts hereby gives

notice that the shareholdings in Prosafe SE ord

shares under PIMCO's management, as of 18 February

2014, have fallen below the 5% threshold to 4.4749%

of issued shares and votes, which totals to

10,559,463 shares. For purposes of this Notification,

an outstanding share figure of 235,973,000 shares was

used to calculate the percentage. The reduction in

the holding under PIMCO's management took place as a

result of a client withdrawing assets from PIMCO's

management on 18 February 2014.

At the present time, no individual fund or managed

accounts shareholdings managed by PIMCO holds 5% or

more of the total voting rights in Prosafe SE.
