Declaration of Holdings ProSafe SE
We, Schroder Investment Management Limited and its
fellow subsidiaries and affiliates, hereby notify you
according to Section 3-2 of the Securities Trading
Act that we have passed below the threshold of 5% of
voting rights in ProSafe SE with effect of 20 May
2010. The result is that we now hold 4.83% of the
total number of ProSafe SE shares in issue, namely
11,099,801.
