OSLO BØRS - SUSPENDED

See announcement regarding PROD today, 15/11/2010 at

08:16, concerning the compulsory acquisition of the

company's shares. Oslo Børs and the Financial

Superisory Authority of Norway has decided to suspend

the shares and all orders have been withdrawn. This

has been done to avoid incorrect registration of

orders and trades in a situation where the company

will no longer have any shares outstanding for

trading. If a notification requirement for a member

appears, Oslo Børs must be contacted for advice.
