Prosafe SE: Summons to bondholders' meetings

In connection with the proposed refinancing announced on 7 July 2016, Prosafe SE

(the "Company") summons for bondholders' meetings in the Company's bond loan

PRS08, PRS09, PRS10 and PRS11. The bondholders' meetings will be held on 12

August 2016 at 1:00 pm CEST.

For further detailed information, please see the attached summons letter. The

summons will be distributed to bondholders through VPS and also made available

on the trustee's website, www.stamdata.no
