Pursuant to the Notice of 20 April 2022, an Annual General Meeting of Prosafe SE

was held today, 11 May 2022.

The Annual General Meeting resolved to approve all matters as proposed in the

Notice, including the appointment of Halvard Idland as new Director. The minutes
