Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 7 October 2025, 14 October 2025, 19 November 2025, 4 December 2025, 30 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 21 January 2026, 22 January 2026 and 29 January 2026 as well as the circular to shareholders dated 5 December 2025 in relation to the Proposals ("Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that PGB has received a notice dated 19 March 2026 issued by the Registrar of Companies confirming that all the requirements with respect to the Proposed Capital Reduction as stated in the special resolution dated 30 December 2025 ("Notice") have been complied with. Pursuant to Section 119(4) of the Act, the Notice shall be conclusive evidence that all the requirements of the Act with respect to the Proposed Capital Reduction have been complied with. Accordingly, the Proposed Capital Reduction took effect on 19 March 2026 and is deemed completed. This announcement is dated 19 March 2026.
