Following an internal reorganization/simplification on 31/12/2021, the 22,319,173 PRISA shares held by Amber Global Opportunies Limited ("AGOL") and the 101,987,187 PRISA shares held by Amber Active Investors Limited ("AAIL") have been transferred to their respective sub-funds Amber Capital Investment Management ICAV Amber Global Opportunities Fund ("AGOF") and Amber Capital Investment Management ICAV Amber Active Investors Fund ("AAIF"), which are 100% shareholders of AGOL and AAIL and managed by Amber Capital UK LLP. The total number of shares held by funds managed by Amber Capital UK has not changed (and remains equal to 211,474,843 shares of PRISA, representing 29.84% of the share capital). Joseph Oughourlian is the majority partner of Amber Capital Management LP which wholly owns Amber Capital UK Holdings Limited which, in turn, is the majority partner of Amber Capital UK LLP. Joseph Oughourlian is member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the issuer.
