Prominence Energy NL (the “Company”) is convening a General Meeting of shareholders to be held on Friday 10 July 2020, at 10.00am (WST) at Prominence’s Offices Level 2, 30 Richardson Street, West Perth WA 6005.

The Board are aware of the current circumstances resulting from COVID-19 and with the WA Government placing Phase 3 measures in effect from 6 June 2020, the Company will conduct a physical meeting at the Company’s Office with social distancing measures in place.

The Directors still strongly encourage all shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the meeting. Your personalised proxy form is attached to this letter.

The Company will also provide a Teleconference facility for shareholders should you wish to listen via the teleconference facility rather than attend in person. Details of the teleconference can be obtained by contacting the Company Secretary anytime, up to two days prior to the meeting.
