Item 4 Summary of Material Change
The Company announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire an undivided 100% legal and beneficial interest in the mineral claims to the Ferguson Creek Pozzolan Property located approximately 100 kilometres from Kamloops, British Columbia. In consideration for the claims, the Company agrees to pay Tilava Mining Corporation, an arm's length party to the Company, a total of $125,000 in cash instalments as well as a royalty of $2.00 per metric tonne of commercial products produced, up to a maximum of $2,500,000 in royalty payments.
