Further to the ASX Announcements on 31 July 2006 and 6 November 2006 regarding the issue of shares from the employee share plan, the directors are pleased to report that the performance and continuity of employment conditions relating to 1.6 Million shares have been satisfied.

Accordingly on 30 September 2007 the voluntary escrow restrictions on these shares will be removed.
