Please find enclosed a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder dated 28 June 2017 in respect of the interests of APAC Resources Limited ("APAC") in ABM Resources NL (ASX: ABU) ("ABU").

The changes notified in the enclosed Form 604 are a result of an internal restructuring within the APAC Group relating to an intragroup transfer of shares in ABU from APAC Resources Capital Limited to APAC Resources Commodity Trading Limited, both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of APAC. The relevant interest in ABU held by the APAC Group remains unchanged.
