Annexure A

To ţ. ABM RESOURCES NL ("ABU") ACN/ARSN ÷. 009 127 020

Notes:

On 16 December 2015, Ms. Shirley Chong Sok Un ("Ms. Chong"), through Vigor Online Offshore Limited ("VOL"), a company indirectly and wholly owned by Ms. Chong, had an interest in approximately 24.8% of the issued share capital of APAC Resources Limited ("APAC"). Based on the Form 604 filed by APAC on 2 March 2015, APAC and its related body corporates held approximately 14.32% of the issued share capital of ABU.

On 16 December 2015, VOL had conditionally agreed to dispose of approximately 23.9% of the issued share capital of APAC (the "Disposal"). The Disposal became unconditionally and was completed on 29 February 2016.

After the completion of the Disposal, Ms. Chong's interest in APAC has decreased to approximately 0.9%. Consequently, Ms. Chong has ceased to have a relevant interest in ABU after completion of the Disposal.
