Notes:

• $I.$ On 11 July 2014, Ms. Chong Sok Un ("Ms. Chong") held approximately 73.65% interest in COL Capital Limited ("COL") and COL through its subsidiaries held approximately 33.15% interest in APAC Resources Limited ("APAC").
• $2.$ On 11 July 2014, ABM announced that its issued share capital has been changed to 273,974,690 shares as a result of the 1 for 15 share capital consolidation approved at the general meeting held on 27 June 2014. Accordingly, APAC and its related bodies corporates held approximately 15.77% of the issued share capital of ABU. Therefore, COL and its subsidiaries and Ms. Chong have a deemed relevant interest in the said ABU shares.
