Remarks:

$#$ On 10 February 2012, Ms. Chong Sok Un ("Ms. Chong") held approximately 71.31% interest in COL Capital Limited ("COL") and COL through its subsidiaries held approximately 27.75% interest in APAC Resources Limited $(*APAC$ ").

On 10 February 2012, APAC Resources Capital Limited, a subsidiary of APAC, entered into an agreement with Tanami Gold NL to acquire 508,014,212 shares of ABU (approximately 17.27% of the issued share capital of ABU) at a consideration of AU$25,400,710.60, therefore, COL and its subsidiaries and Ms. Chong have a deemed relevant interest in the said ABU shares.
