Notes:
On 10 February 2012, Ms. Chong Sok Un ("Ms. Chong") held approximately $\mathbf{1}$ . 71.31% interest in COL Capital Limited ("COL") and COL through its subsidiaries held approximately 27.75% interest in APAC Resources Limited ("APAC").
On 10 February 2012, APAC Resources Capital Limited, a subsidiary of APAC, entered into an agreement with Tanami Gold NL to acquire 508,014,212 shares of ABU (approximately 17.27% of the issued share capital of ABU) at a consideration of AU$25,400,710.60, therefore, COL and its subsidiaries and Ms. Chong have a deemed relevant interest in the said ABU shares.
On 10 February 2012, Future Rise Investments Limited, an indirect $2.$ wholly-owned subsidiary of COL, held 40,000,000 shares of ABU (approximately 1.36% of the issued share capital of ABU) through its account maintained with Sun Hung Kai Investment Services Limited.
