• On 16 February 2012, Ms. Chong Sok Un ("Ms. Chong") held approximately $\mathbf{I}$ . 71.31% interest in COL Capital Limited ("COL") and COL through its subsidiaries held approximately 27.75% interest in APAC Resources Limited $("APAC").$
• On 10 February 2012, APAC Resources Capital Limited ("APAC Resources"), a $2.$ subsidiary of APAC, entered into an agreement with Tanami Gold NL ("Tanami Gold") regarding, inter alia, the acquisition of 508,014,212 shares of ABU by APAC Resources at a consideration of AU$25,400,710.60 (the "Agreement").
• On 16 February 2012, Future Rise Investments Limited, an indirect 3. wholly-owned subsidiary of COL, held 40,000,000 shares of ABU (approximately 1.23% of the issued share capital of ABU) through its account maintained with Sun Hung Kai Investment Services Limited.
• On 16 February 2012, the exercise of options of ABU by Tanami Exploration 4. NL, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tanami Gold, resulting in issue of 139,896,797 ordinary shares of ABU to be acquired by APAC Resources (the "Options"), the Options were exercised as part of the Agreement between APAC Resources and Tanami Gold. After the exercise of Options, APAC held in aggregate of 647,911,009 ordinary shares of ABU (approximately 19.99% interest in ABU). Therefore, COL and its subsidiaries and Ms. Chong have a deemed relevant interest in the said ABU shares.
