Notes

1. For each of the above placements, Tanami Exploration NL took up its pro-rata entitlement which resulted in its percentage shareholding being maintained (with a less than 1% movement). The attached Form 604 now reflects Exploration NL's percentage shareholding due to other parties exercising options which has effectively diluted Tanami Exploration NL's shareholding to 20.48%.
