Board Changes

Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (“Prodigy Gold” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Tommy McKeith has resigned from his position as chairman of the Board of the Company with immediate effect in order to focus on his other commitments.

Mr Matt Briggs will assume the role as interim chair until the Annual General Meeting or until the Board completes the process of recruiting a new chairman.

The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Mr McKeith for his significant contribution, effort and commitment he has put into the Company over the period of his directorship and wishes him the best for his future endeavors.

Attached is the relevant Appendix 3Z lodged on behalf of the director.
