Board Changes

ABM Resources NL (“ABM” or the “Company”) advises that Dr Helen Garnett, non-executive director of the Company, has tendered her resignation with immediate effective.

As previously announced, ABM is in the process of restructuring its board with the objective of reducing its size and ensuring that the skills and experience of its directors are relevant to the requirements of the Company. It is therefore not intended to replace Dr Garnett at this stage.

Attached is the relevant Appendix 3Z lodged on behalf of the director.
