Change to Timetable for Rights Issue

ABM Resources NL (ACN 009 127 020) (ASX:ABU) ( Company ) has been advised that the Takeovers Panel will conduct proceedings in respect of an application made by APAC Resources Capital Limited in relation to the Company’s rights issue. To allow time for the proceedings to be conducted, the Company has changed the timetable as follows.
