Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (“Prodigy Gold” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Gerard McMahon, who was elected non-executive director at the AGM held on 29 November 2021, has been appointed to the role of Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
