Board Changes
Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (“Prodigy Gold” or the “Company”) advises that Mr Brett Smith, who is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will assume the role of Interim Executive Director effective 13 December 2021. A summary of the material terms of Mr Smith’s remuneration is set out in Annexure A.
Mr Smith will remain in an interim role until a new Managing Director is appointed. The executive search for a new Managing Director is well underway.
