Board and Management Changes

Further to ABM Resources NL's("ABM" or "the Company") announcement on 9 May 2016, ABM advises that the Board and management changes have now occurred. Effective 9 May 2016 Mr Brett Smith was appointed to the role of non-executive director, Mr Andrew Ferguson stepped down as non-executive director and Mr Brett Lambert's stepped down as executive director and has returned to the role of Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr Smith has participated in the development and delivery of a number of mining and mineral processing projects including coal, iron ore, base and precious metals. He has also managed engineering and construction companies in Australia and internationally. Mr Smith has served on boards of both private and public mining and exploration companies. Overall, Mr Smith has over 30 year's international experience in the engineering, project development and organisational change management.

Attached are the relevant Appendices 3Z and Appendix 3X lodged on behalf of the directors.
