Appointment of Chairman and Director Resignation

ABM Resources NL ("ABM" or the "Company") wishes to advise that Mr Tommy McKeith has been appointed to the board of the Company as Non-executive Chairman with effect from 27 June 2016.

Tommy McKeith is a resource company executive with 27 years' experience in various exploration, business development, mine geology and executive leadership roles. He has led exploration teams to several significant discoveries and concluded several significant business development transactions. Mr McKeith was formerly Executive Vice President: Growth and International Projects for Gold Fields Ltd, where he was responsible for global exploration and project development. He has also served as CEO of Troy Resources Ltd and held non-executive director roles at Sino Gold Ltd and Avoca Resources. He is currently a non-executive director of Evolution Mining Ltd and principal in various private resource investment companies. Mr McKeith is a Fellow of the AusIMM and graduated with a B.Sc Hons (Geol), GDE (Mining) and MBA.

ABM CEO, Brett Lambert, said "We are delighted to have someone of Tommy's calibre accept this appointment."

Non-executive Director Mr Richard Procter has resigned from the board with effect from 27 June 2016. Richard was appointed in October 2014 and has served as Interim Chairman since March 2016. The board and management of ABM sincerely thank Richard for the substantial contribution he has made and in particular for supporting ABM in the role of chairman over recent months.

The relevant Appendix 3Z and Appendix 3X lodged on behalf of the directors are attached.
