Change of Director Role

ABM Resources NL (“ABM” or “The Company”) advises that Mr Imants Kins has stepped down from his role as Executive Director effective from 9[th] September 2011. However, the Company is very fortunate that Mr Kins will be staying on the board as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr Kins is an Economist with over 25 years’ experience specialising in the resource sector. Mr Kins has held various positions in the Company since October 2005 and brings extensive resource sector based strategic planning, macroeconomic and corporate governance experience to the Board. The ABM Board is pleased that Mr Kins has decided to maintain his long association with the Company despite his other commitments.
