Passing of Chairman
The Board of ABM Resources NL (ABM) has the very sad duty to advise that the Non-executive Director, Chairman, Company Secretary and dear friend, Tim King passed away in his sleep over the weekend.
Tim has been a bastion of strength in the restructuring of the Company. His energy, intelligence and wisdom have been critical to the growth and success of the Company. The Board and management of the Company will miss you very much dear fried.
The Board and all staff send their heartfelt sympathy to his family at what is a very sad time. Our thoughts are with you all.
The Board will be announcing changes to the Board as soon as possible.
It has been a privilege to have known and worked with one of the worlds most decent and caring human beings.
