Appointment of Executive Chairman and Company Secretary of ABM Resources NL
ABM Resources NL (ABM) announced yesterday the passing of Non-executive Director, Chairman and Company Secretary, Tim King.
The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Managing Director, Imants Kins, to the position of Executive Chairman and the appointment of CFO, Jutta Zimmermann (who was assisting Tim King previously in his company secretarial duties) to the position of Company Secretary.
The appointment of a new Non-executive Director will be announced as soon as possible.
