2025 AGM – Notification of Dates

Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (“Prodigy Gold” or the “Company”) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, that:

• its annual general meeting is scheduled to be held at 2.00pm (Northern Territory time) on Tuesday, 21 October 2025 in Darwin; and

• the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 2 September 2025.
