"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMET SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and Regulation (EU) 596/2014 that, pursuant to a relevant notification it has received, the entity INVEL REAL ESTATE (NETHERLANDS) II B.V, closely associated with Mr. Christophoros Papachristophorou, President and executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and thus, obliged person pursuant to article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, on 08.12.2025 disposed of 12,749,177 common registered shares of the Company of an aggregate value of 63,745,885.00 euros.
