"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mr. Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on July 22 and 23, 2025, disposed of 650 common registered shares of the Company, as follows:
- On 22 July 2025, he disposed of 290 common registered shares, at a price of €5.90 per share, for a total value of €1,711.00.
- On 23 July 2025, he disposed of 360 common registered shares, at a price of €5.96 per share, for a total value of €2,144.99.
The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €3,855.99.
