On June 19, 2018, Giovanni Ciserani, currently Group President–Global Fabric & Home Care and Global Baby & Feminine Care, notified The Procter & Gamble Company (the "Company") that he will retire from the Company effective November 30, 2018.

The Company is filing this 8-K pursuant to Item 5.02(b), "Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers."
