On September 9, 2015, The Procter & Gamble Company (the "Company") announced that Martin Riant, currently Group President-Global Baby, Feminine & Family Care, will retire from the Company effective June 30, 2016, after more than 35 years of service. Effective October 1, Mr. Riant will serve as an advisor to the CEO and continue his executive sponsorship of Global Sustainability.

The Company is filing this 8-K pursuant to Items 5.02(b), "Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers."
