ProCook Group plc ("ProCook" or the "Group") announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders.    

The Group's AGM will be held at ProCook's headquarters at ProCook, 10 St. Modwen Park, Gloucester, GL10 3EZ at 11.00 am on Tuesday 19 September 2023.
