ProCook Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 29 July 2022 of the purchase by Daniel O'Neill, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, of 500,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this share purchase, Mr O'Neill and his connected persons have a total beneficial interest in 38,236,902 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 35.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
